- What is the neighborhood like around Sullivan’s
Ridge?
Sullivan’s Ridge is located in the Sullivan’s Gulch neighborhood of
Portland, OR, offering a convenient blend of urban living and
neighborhood charm just minutes from Downtown Portland. The area is
known for its access to local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery
stores, and shopping at Lloyd Center, along with nearby parks and
popular neighborhoods like Grant Park and Kerns. With its central
location and everyday conveniences, Sullivan’s Gulch provides a
connected and accessible living experience in Northeast
Portland.
- What will you do to prepare my apartment
before I move in?
Prior to move-in, each apartment undergoes a full maintenance
inspection, and any necessary repairs are completed to ensure the
unit is in excellent condition.
In addition, every apartment is professionally cleaned, including
carpet cleaning, to provide a fresh and move-in-ready home for our
residents.
- Do you have on-site
maintenance?
Yes, our community has an onsite Maintenance Supervisor who handles
upkeep, routine repairs, and preventative maintenance, with service
requests responded to in a timely and professional manner.
Residents can request maintenance by calling or emailing the office
or submitting a work order through the resident portal, and should
contact the office immediately for emergencies.
- What happens if I am locked
out?
If you are locked out after business hours, you will need to
contact a locksmith. After the lock is changed, please provide the
office with a copy of the new key so records can be updated and
maintenance access can be maintained.
- During which time is the sun deck available
for use?
The sun deck is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for all
residents. The clubhouse is open during regular business hours,
with reservation options available for private events for an
additional fee.
- Is parking available?
Yes, we offer gated parking for residents, as well as street
parking for guests or additional vehicles. Availability may vary,
so feel free to ask the office for current details.
- Is your community pet friendly?
Yes! We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home. Please contact the
leasing office for more information on pet fees and breed
restrictions.
- What standard features come in each apartment
home?
Standard appliances include a refrigerator, range, garbage
disposal, and central air and heat.
- If I have a package delivered, will you hold
it at the leasing office?
All resident packages are securely delivered to our Luxor Package
Room. Once a package has been received, residents will receive a
notification along with an access code for convenient pickup and
entry into the package room.
- What are the hours of the Fitness
Center?
Our fitness facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
allowing residents the flexibility to work out whenever it is most
convenient for their schedule.
- How long does it take for an application to
be approved?
Applications are typically processed within 3 business days.
Processing times may vary based on individual screening factors,
but our team works to complete each application as efficiently as
possible and will provide updates throughout the process.
- What are my options for paying my
rent?
Residents have flexible rent payment options through the online
resident portal, including ACH, credit card, and debit card.
Payments can be set up as automatic monthly payments or submitted
manually. For added convenience, rent can also be paid by check at
the leasing office.
- Is there public transportation within close
proximity of the community?
Yes, public transportation is available near Sullivan’s Ridge.
Multiple TriMet MAX light rail stations, including Lloyd Center/NE
11th, are located within about 0.4 to 0.7 miles and provide access
to the Blue, Red, and Green lines. Additional options include
nearby bus routes, Amtrak service about 2 miles away, and Portland
International Airport approximately 11 miles away.
- Which school district are you
in?
Sullivan’s Ridge is located in the Portland Public Schools
district, with nearby schools including Buckman Elementary (K–5),
Hosford Middle School, and Cleveland High School. The community is
also close to higher education options, including Pacific Northwest
College of Art about 1.9 miles away, along with Portland State
University and Oregon Health & Science University nearby.
